Just as our tools are built for reliability, our customer service is built for clarity and professionalism. We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Within this period, you may return most items for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Step-by-Step Return Process
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA number – this helps us process your return efficiently.
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included parts. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form. Ship to our warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions.
Note: For international returns outside the U.S., you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during return shipping.
Once received at our Mesa, AZ warehouse, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your return is approved or if there are any issues.

Refunds: Timing & Methods
We aim to make the refund process as straightforward as our tool selection:
Refund Timeline
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days for inspection after we receive your return
- Refund Initiation: Within 2 business days after approval
- Total Timeline: 5-10 business days from when we receive your return to when the refund appears in your account
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time
- PayPal: Refunds are returned to your PayPal balance usually within 24-48 hours after we process
Note: Shipping charges (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exchanges
Need a different tool or accessory? We’ll help you get exactly what you need:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Indicate in your return request that you prefer an exchange
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for replacement shipments
Faster Exchange Option: For urgent needs, you may place a new order for the desired item while your return is processing. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund separately.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and hygiene standards, certain items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:
- Cutting & Abrasive Products:
- Circular Saw Blades
- Drill Bits (all types including Countersink Bits)
- Cutting Tools
- Abrasives
- Detail Sanding Sheets
- Drill Bit Combination Sets (if opened)
- Opened Consumables: Any consumable product where the packaging has been opened or broken
- Custom or Special Order Items: Products ordered specifically for a customer
- Final Clearance Items: Clearly marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Exception: These items may be returned if they arrive defective or if we shipped the incorrect item. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your RYOBI tool arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item along with packaging
- Provide your order number in the email
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement at no cost to you

International Returns
For our global community of makers and professionals outside the United States:
- All return policies and timeframes apply equally
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance
- Refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars; currency conversion differences may occur
- Please declare the return as “Returned Goods” with minimal value to potentially reduce duties
